The Band 5 Clinical Pathway Manager for Neurology at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust in Barnet is seeking a motivated individual to lead a team of patient navigators during a maternity leave coverage. This role entails overseeing the patient journey from referral to discharge, ensuring that administrative processes are patient-centered and efficient. The successful candidate will manage service delivery and improvement, support and guide staff, and foster collaborative relationships with clinicians.

Key responsibilities include managing a dedicated workload focused on Referral to Treatment (RTT) and supervising the administrative team to provide exceptional customer service. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as experience in line management. Based primarily at the Hampstead site, the candidate should demonstrate resilience and a proactive approach in their work while embodying the Trust's values.
