Job description
Working in the Keynsham area. Full time working 37.5 hours across 5 days (Monday - Friday). Due to the community based nature of the role, the post holder will need to hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
The successful candidate will work around the Keynsham area alongside existing members of a very supportive Community Palliative Care Team and will contribute to the delivery of palliative care by providing expertise in decision making, advance care planning & holistic symptom control.
