The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant for the Accident & Emergency department at The Royal Oldham Hospital. This full-time role entails providing comprehensive administrative support to Accident & Emergency Consultants, managing sensitive inquiries from patients, relatives, and various agencies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills, capable of prioritizing their workload and performing effectively under pressure. Previous experience in secretarial roles and proficiency in RSA typing (audio, copy, and word processing) are essential, while qualifications in AMSPAR or medical terminology are considered advantageous.
