Cloister Road Surgery in Acton is hiring a full-time Receptionist, although part-time applicants will also be considered. The role involves supporting the reception team leader by handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the practice. Key responsibilities include facilitating communication between patients and medical staff, managing appointments and inquiries, processing home visit requests, handling prescription requests, and maintaining accurate patient records. The ideal candidate must be available to work until 6:30 pm from Monday to Friday and should demonstrate strong judgment and communication skills.
