The City Health Care Partnership CIC in Hull is seeking an AP Finance Assistant for their finance team. Key responsibilities include data entry into accounting systems, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with balance sheet control, supporting the production of statutory returns, addressing accounts receivable and payable queries, and managing supplier accounts in Oracle. The role may also involve supplier statements, company card reconciliations, and credit control. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. - Responsible for data entry into accounting systems and ensuring the accuracy of this information.
- To assist with Balance Sheet Control of all group companies.
- To assist where required in collating information and production of statutory returns in relation to externalfunding sources.
- To assist where required in ensuring all data for the group is appropriately recorded within pre-determinedtimescales.
- To deal with queries related to accounts receivable and accounts payable areas of finance.
- To assist with supplier statements, company card reconciliations and credit control.
