The Head of Operations will oversee the strategic and operational functions of the PCN, ensuring the efficient delivery of services, compliance with regulatory standards, and achievement of performance targets. This role is critical in fostering collaboration and innovation to improve patient outcomes.

Primary responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders to enhance collaboration.

Oversee the operational management of services, including the Covid-19, RSV vaccination program and ARRS contracts.

Lead workforce recruitment efforts and workforce planning initiatives.

Monitor the performance of operational projects and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Respond to complaints and manage investigations related to operational issues.

Responsible for organising PCN and governance meetings

Secondary Responsibilities

Participate in relevant internal and external projects and meetings.

Work closely with other PCN leads to foster a culture of two-way communication and inclusivity.
