The Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme Director to spearhead the implementation of a transformative EPR system, aimed for full implementation by early 2026. This role will require strong executive-level leadership and change management skills, as the successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Executive and Senior Leadership Teams and the Integrated Care Board, to ensure organisational readiness. Key responsibilities include developing a robust governance framework, managing clinical process alignment, building a skilled programme team, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

The EPR Programme Director will be professionally accountable for overseeing the implementation, ensuring patient safety, and managing the migration from legacy systems, while also driving the business transformation associated with the new EPR system. This position entails closely working with the Director of Technology to align the EPR programme with the Trust's overall technology strategy and ensuring that information governance and security requirements are prioritized. The post-holder will report to the Director of Digital Delivery and provide programme assurance to the Trust Board.
