The Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust is seeking a Clerical Officer to join the Head and Neck Care Group at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham. This part-time role (17 hours per week) involves providing comprehensive administrative support, including reception duties, managing telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills, facilitating effective communication of appointment and admission information to patients, parents, and carers, and ensuring adherence to the Trust's Joint Access Policy.
