Sonderwell Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for Support workers to provide support and care to adults with a variety of learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health difficulties, autism, acquired brain injury, sensory impairment, dementia, drug and/or alcohol problems, and companionship. The role involves helping to support social activities, day-to-day care with household chores, promoting independence, and encouraging support and companionship.

As a support worker, your day may include helping to support social activities, day-to-day care with household chores, promoting independence, encouraging support, and providing companionship. You will be helping to support people to lead the lives they choose, by supporting the independence they deserve. It's about who you are and what other experience and abilities you can offer to support the individual's needs. You will need to be a committed support worker who is able to drive and have access to your own car due to the location.
