Elysium Healthcare is seeking an experienced Senior Psychologist to join All Saints Hospital in Oldham as the Lead Psychologist. In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on providing specialized psychological treatment and assessments for service users with complex needs, particularly for men who are deaf and have intricate communication challenges. Responsibilities will include delivering individual and group interventions, conducting diagnostic assessments, and supervising a team of Psychologists and Assistants while implementing therapeutic approaches such as CBT, EMDR, and DBT.

The position requires registration with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist, completion of a Doctorate in applied psychology, and experience working with individuals having complex needs. A strong emphasis on teamwork, continuous professional development, and engagement with multidisciplinary initiatives is essential.
