Key responsibilities include ensuring participant recruitment and retention, adherence to research protocols, data collection, and the organisation of relevant clinical tests. The role requires a flexible approach to adapt to the dynamic nature of clinical research needs and involves collaborating with research teams, healthcare professionals, and external organisations to promote and deliver high-quality clinical research within University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust.

Additionally, the practitioner will be responsible for obtaining informed consent, maintaining accurate records, and supporting research participants throughout their trial participation.
