The Specialist Occupational Therapist role at Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust in Scarborough involves managing a complex caseload of clients, focusing on their occupational performance through evidence-based assessments and tailored interventions. The therapist will prioritize referrals, co-produce and evaluate clients' occupational goals, and actively participate in multidisciplinary team efforts while leading service improvement initiatives.
