Receptionists required for a busy GP practice in Castle Bromwich.
We are looking for someone preferably with experience who is flexible and computer literate, able to perform under pressure with excellent attention to detail , reliable, and a great multi tasker for this fast paced receptionist role.
The position available is for
16 hours - 4 days per week 2 Morning shifts and 2 Afternoon shifts
Interviews will be held early November date tbc
Main duties of the role are:
The suitable candidate will be required to answer telephone calls, manning front reception desk to receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
Undertake General Office admin duties including new patient registrations, the transfer and processing of medical records, maintenance of paper and electronic medical records and other day to day office duties in a timely and effective manner.
Have a good standard of education including Math and English.
Previous experience of computer based systems and software packages are desirable.

General housekeeping (e.g. keeping reception and waiting areas tidy)
