The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Clinical Coder to join their established Clinical Coding Team in Exeter. This role offers a 15% Recruitment and Retention Premium and flexible working options, including fully remote arrangements.

Candidates must be accredited Clinical Coders with experience coding across various specialties in an acute NHS setting and should have completed a refresher course within the last three years. Responsibilities include coding inpatient and day-case episodes, ensuring data accuracy against national standards, and regularly liaising with clinicians. The role also involves mentoring novice coders and contributing to their training.
