The Associate Specialist Palliative Care Nurse at Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust in Bury will provide specialized, evidence-based palliative care and guidance to patients, families, and staff, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care seven days a week. The role involves managing a caseload of patients with complex palliative needs, offering expertise in symptom management and psychosocial support, while fostering effective communication with all stakeholders involved in patient care.

In addition to direct patient care, the nurse will contribute to the education of various professional disciplines, participate in audits and research, and collaborate closely with various teams across the organisation.
