The Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Lead Practitioner for the West Assessment & Treatment Service in Hove, a dynamic multi-disciplinary community mental health team specializing in the care of adults with severe mental illness. Candidates should be Registered Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, or Social Workers with experience supporting individuals with complex mental health conditions. The role is geared towards innovative practitioners who can adapt to a new integrated neighborhood model in collaboration with primary care and voluntary sector partners.

This position offers a £4,000 incentive, plus a potential relocation package of up to £8,000. The successful candidate will be committed to providing high-quality care, supporting service user recovery goals, and working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
