The Steeton with Airedale NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Medical Records Clerk (Band 2) to join their busy Medical Records Department. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately record and maintain patient demographics and activities in both paper and electronic formats, while also providing support and guidance on records procedures and standards. The clerk will assist in monitoring and auditing records for errors and missing data, and engage in cross-cover duties across various areas, including the Medical Records Office and Access to Health Records.

Ideal candidates should possess strong attention to detail, numeracy skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment while also demonstrating initiative. The position requires the ability to manage physical tasks, such as maneuvering large file records, potentially being on their feet for extended periods. This part-time role involves 36.25 hours per week, with interviews scheduled for November 28, 2024.
