The Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Medical Secretary to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Corneo Plastic Department. The ideal candidate should possess a medical secretarial background, with strong audio typing and computer skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Key responsibilities include managing patient pathways to meet Oncology and RTT targets, maintaining effective manual and computerized information systems, coordinating appointments and follow-up tests, and ensuring timely correspondence and clinical documentation.
