Due to the retirement of our long standing senior GP Partner, we are looking to recruit a newly qualified that has worked less than 2 year for the post of Salaried GP for our busy well established suburban practice. As a Salaried GP you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of clinical care for all registered and temporary patients. Our current list size is 3225, with a GOOD CQC rating and we are, regularly high QOF achievers.
We would love to hear from dynamic, committed and caring GPs, able to offer 5 sessions per week and who can demonstrate a strong work and team ethic, we are offering a salary of £10.5K - £11K per session dependent on experience and duties.
The post-holder will be expected to adhere to GMC standards for good medical practice, leading by example and maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
The starting date for the position is December 2024.
Delivery of highly effective medical to all patients
To work to the GMS/PMS contract
Generic prescribing adhering to local and national guidance
Effective management of long-term conditions
Administration work - referrals, repeat prescription etc.
To undertake telephone triage and duty doctor roles.
Working collaboratively, accepting an equal share of the practice workload
Working to best practice clinical guidelines and the audit process.
Contribute to the successful implementation of continuous improvement and quality initiatives within the practice.
Accept responsibility for all clinical areas of the QOF.
Attend and contributing to practice meetings and others.

Prepare and complete the revalidation process.

Support the training of medical students from all clinical disciplines.
