The Trust is seeking two full-time Team Administrators to join their Community Mental Health Recovery Service located in Runnymede and Spelthorne. The role involves providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to a multidisciplinary team working with individuals facing severe mental health challenges. Candidates should possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and experience in a busy office setting. Key responsibilities include processing referrals and discharge paperwork, typing letters, managing appointment scheduling, taking minutes, handling phone calls, and performing general administrative tasks. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate flexibility and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A remote assessment will follow the interview for selected applicants.
