CANCER HOLISTIC MULTI-DISCIPLINARY
The Specialist Nurse Practitioner (Clinical Nurse Specialist - CNS) role at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in Bangor involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) focused on cancer care. The CNS will play a pivotal role in assessing patient needs, creating and implementing care plans, and advocating for individuals throughout their treatment journey. Key responsibilities include developing and leading nurse-led clinics, establishing communication links among various healthcare providers, and ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and policies.
