As a Clinical Practice Educator, you will be an integral part of the Safeguarding Team at Charnwood House, fostering excellence by identifying and catering to the developmental needs of doctors, nurses, healthcare support workers, and allied health professionals. You will be the lifeline that aids in navigating the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, setting the stage for the forthcoming Liberty Protection Safeguards. Your leadership will be crucial in crafting and delivering training programmes that ensure our workforce is adept and future-ready, while underpinning quality monitoring processes to uphold the highest standards of care.
With a dynamic and autonomous working approach, you will engage directly with a spectrum of educational initiatives, promoting a multi-professional learning environment, and ensuring responsive, high-calibre training is accessible across the trust’s properties.
