Regular rotations every 6 months, providing opportunities to learn new skills and work in various clinical areas.
Experience in a wide range of specialties, including Medicine, Trauma and Orthopaedics, Mental Health, and Community therapy.
Support for professional development through preceptorship, peer support groups, and a commitment to learning and supervision.
Located in Carmarthenshire, an area of outstanding natural beauty with access to outdoor activities and cultural events.
Mileage expenses covered and availability of pool cars to facilitate travel between different locations.
Opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly team while delivering high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy.
Promotes bilingualism, enhancing patient experience, with support for staff to learn Welsh if needed.
