The Head of Service CAMHS role with Nottingham City Council involves leading and managing the strategy for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) to enhance the well-being of children and young people in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the Council's values and ensuring effective service delivery through the management of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the development of clear objectives for their team. This role includes oversight of various mental health services, such as Targeted CAMHS, Mental Health Support Teams, and the Healthy Little Minds initiative, and requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

The position demands a dynamic leader capable of making informed decisions and promoting good governance, while balancing financial risks with organisational goals.
