The Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Service Manager to oversee the management and development of core and crisis pathway services, specifically the Urgent Care and Assessment Team (UCAT) and Crisis House Service. The role emphasises promoting a recovery-oriented culture with a focus on individualisation and active decision-making involving service users. The post holder will report to the Head of Mental Health Community Services and will manage Operational Managers to enhance team leadership and service delivery.

Key responsibilities include ensuring operational performance across various indicators, leading transformation projects, developing integrated care pathways, and fostering collaboration among different teams and agencies. The Community Service Manager will also be tasked with promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in service access and management, while ensuring the inclusion of Service Users and Carers in service planning. Overall, this role is crucial for maintaining high-quality care and improving community health outcomes.
