We are recruiting a Community Service Manager who will be responsible for the management and development of core and crisis pathway services.
The post holder will have service management responsibility for the Urgent Care and Assessment Team (UCAT) and Crisis House Service .
As the service manager, the post holder will promote a culture based on principles of recovery, choice, and individualised care, in which service users can expect to be active in decision making about their care and treatment. This culture will also be based around intrinsic values of kindness, compassion, and a desire to help others.
Reporting to the Head of Mental Health Community Services the post holder will be responsible for the line management of Operational Managers within their service supporting them to lead and develop their team.
