The Successful candidate will be required to work across all practice sites in Whitchurch and Ellesmere in North Shropshire.
Job Summary
The Patient Pathway Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day to day running of the Patient Services departments and team. Ensuring that a high-quality patient service is provided, acting as central point of contact for patients and for providing effective supervision to the patient services team.
The post holder will work with the Patient Services Manager to develop, organise and manage the day-to-day delivery of services to our patients.
In conjunction with the Patient Services Manager, the post holder will implement agreed policies and procedures and ensure that all Patient Service Advisors are competent in their day-to-day tasks whether this be in the reception areas, on the telephones or when working in other areas of the practice. On a daily basis, the successful candidate would also be expected to undertake the duties of the Patient Service Advisors as the business needs dictates.
