The Patient Pathway Supervisor for Patient Services at Churchmere Medical Group in Ellesmere will oversee the daily operations of the Patient Services team across multiple practice sites in Whitchurch and Ellesmere, ensuring high-quality, efficient patient care. This role includes supervising Patient Service Advisors, managing workloads, preparing team schedules, leading team meetings, and keeping the team informed about practice procedures. The supervisor will also provide direct support by stepping into the Patient Service Advisor role as needed, handling patient inquiries, booking appointments, and maintaining effective communication between patients and the practice.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Patient Services Manager to implement policies and enhance the patient experience, fostering a supportive team environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring that the reception services run smoothly, managing appointment systems, and maintaining accurate patient records, while upholding confidentiality and efficiency in all interactions.
