This role includes supervising Patient Service Advisors, managing workloads, preparing team schedules, leading team meetings, and keeping the team informed about practice procedures. The supervisor will also provide direct support by stepping into the Patient Service Advisor role as needed, handling patient inquiries, booking appointments, and maintaining effective communication between patients and the practice.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Patient Services Manager to implement policies and enhance the patient experience, fostering a supportive team environment.
