We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse who holds the SCPHN School Nursing qualificationto join our amazing team who also has the following skills and experience:

  • Experience delivering the Healthy Child Programme (HCP), providing early intervention and holistic health support.
  • Strong caseload management skills, assessing need, prioritising risk, and delivering person-centred care.
  • Mentorship or preceptorship experience, supporting and developing colleagues.
  • Leadership ability, supervising a skill mix team and ensuring high standards of care.
  • Excellent risk management and safeguarding knowledge, promoting safety and wellbeing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing changing priorities with resilience.
  • Evidence-based approach, using data and insight to shape interventions and improve outcomes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, working effectively with multi-agency teams.
  • Innovative and solution-focused, influencing service development and best practice.

Although not deal breakers; experience working with vulnerable groups, data analysis skills, and a proactive approach would further enhance your impact in this role.
