The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a healthcare assistant, but the practice is open to training less experienced individuals to enhance their skills. The role involves various clinical responsibilities such as conducting phlebotomy, blood pressure monitoring, ECGs, NHS health checks, and dementia reviews, along with maintaining patient confidentiality and maintaining clinical cleanliness.
