The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Perinatal Mental Health Service is seeking an experienced mental health nurse or practitioner (social worker or occupational therapist) to join their multidisciplinary community team in Southampton for a 12-month maternity leave cover. The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments and managing a complex caseload of service users while providing practical advice, risk management, and psychological interventions. Care coordination and collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Team and external stakeholders are essential to ensure high-quality, patient-led care.
