The Band 3 Therapies Team Administrator position at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust involves providing comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to the therapy leads at University Hospital Lewisham. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, with responsibilities including managing a varied workload, coordinating workforce information using the e-rostering system, and assisting with recruitment processes. The administrator will also handle diary management, appointment scheduling, and maintain accurate records for staff, including sickness and training.

Additionally, the role entails effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders, organizing meetings, maintaining departmental policies and filing systems, and ensuring confidentiality concerning patient and personnel information. The administrator will support the overall management of the therapies department, including maintaining supplies and updating departmental databases. Previous experience in a similar environment, particularly within the NHS, is advantageous, although not mandatory. The position does not offer sponsorship for non-UK residents.
