The Activities Assistant role at Elysium Healthcare in Stoke on Trent offers an opportunity to provide meaningful support to vulnerable individuals by creating and coordinating engaging social and recreational activities tailored to their needs. The position requires strong interpersonal and organisational skills, along with a background in mental health, as the assistant will work closely with service users to understand their preferences and develop activities that align with their treatment plans. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the assistant will also engage with local community resources to enrich the social experiences of those in care.

This full-time position involves working 37.5 hours a week, including alternate weekends, and is based at the Adderley Green facility, which caters to individuals with neurological issues and dementia.
