Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and organized Patient Flow Manager to oversee patient flow within Children's Services and Maternity. This role involves coordinating elective and emergency admissions, maintaining real-time bed availability information, and ensuring efficient use of hospital resources. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various medical and administrative teams to facilitate timely patient discharges and manage hostel accommodations, while also communicating effectively with patients and other stakeholders regarding bed allocations.

The position requires flexible working hours across a shift rotation, including weekdays and weekends, to ensure comprehensive bed management support.
