The Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking qualified or soon-to-be qualified Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) to join their MindMate Support Team in Leeds. As a Band 5 practitioner, you will collaborate with educational settings and health professionals to provide mental health and wellbeing support to children, young people, and their families. This role includes delivering CBT-based interventions, offering consultation and training, and implementing a whole setting approach that fosters strong professional relationships.

The successful candidates will work under clinical supervision within a supportive team environment, ensuring high clinical standards are upheld. There will be a focus on work-life balance and the opportunity to engage in service development. Applicants should be registered or in the process of registering with either the BPS or BABCP, as these roles are part of an NHS commissioned service.
