The role of a Dementia Nurse at West London NHS Trust in Hounslow involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care to service users, particularly those with dementia. As a Registered Nurse, you will support the management team in meeting the needs of patients through comprehensive assessments, care planning, and education aimed at promoting independence and self-care.
