The North West London Integrated Care Board is seeking an Associate Director of Performance and Planning for maternity cover, lasting up to 12 months starting from April. This leadership role entails overseeing the performance and planning functions to ensure the delivery of key outputs in a timely manner and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, delivering effective reporting to committees, developing and implementing operational plans in line with national guidance, managing the NWL Performance Management Framework, and overseeing the escalation process for significant performance variations.

The successful candidate will evaluate national planning guidance, develop the NWL Cost Recovery Plan, and collaborate with integrated care systems and provider teams to align with NHS frameworks. This position is crucial for maintaining high standards of performance and coordinating efforts across the organisation.
