The University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Facilitator for the Piam Brown ward, which specializes in Paediatric Oncology. This role involves providing clinical support and education to both registered and non-registered staff, as well as students, in order to enhance their competencies and practice development. The facilitator will work within a dedicated Children's Hospital Education team, which includes a lead nurse and other clinical facilitators, to promote learning and professional growth across various staff bands.

Key responsibilities include encouraging learners to take responsibility for their practice, fostering an inclusive and patient-centered learning environment, and utilizing diverse educational methods, such as simulation and technology, to cater to different learning styles and needs. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting the development of clinical skills and competencies, while promoting equality and acknowledging diversity among learners.
