                                                    Palliative Physiotherapist with St Luke&#39;s Hospice in Basildon, Essex

                                                     This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist with a passion for working at a charity with a real purpose. Based in the Integrated Therapy Services (ITS) Team, this role will be a Palliative Physiotherapist.   Working as an autonomous Palliative Physiotherapist with the AHP Hospice team based at the Hospice. Assessing and treating patients in our physiotherapy gym, in our inpatient units (Basildon and Thurrock) running specialist groups including shortness of breath, fatigue, balance and drop in gym groups. There will also be some community visits too.   About us    Working with rehabilitative support staff   Working with our community nursing team to ensure a smooth transfer of expertise between nursing and AHP staff   Flexibility to support patients to have a "one stop shop" experience with other Hospice services   Good communication with colleagues, patients and relatives   Collaborative attitude   Being able to run various groups
