The ICT Desktop Support Technician position at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in Abergele is a fixed-term role for 15 months, requiring full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week. The technician will provide second line support, both in-person and remotely, across clinical and non-clinical environments, necessitating extensive experience in troubleshooting Windows operating systems. Familiarity with technologies such as SCCM, Active Directory, and DHCP in large enterprise settings is advantageous.

Candidates should exhibit strong technical knowledge, the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, and excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with personnel at all levels.
