The Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and compassionate Band 7 Team Leader Therapeutic Radiographer for its Oxford Cancer Centre in Headington. This role involves leading the daily clinical operations of the radiotherapy department, managing patient caseloads, and ensuring high-quality treatment planning and delivery using advanced equipment such as Varian Halcyon and Truebeam linacs. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support and train staff, and assist in implementing service improvements while providing expert advice on treatment procedures and side effect management.
