The Cheltenham & North Cotswolds NHS Talking Therapies team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to lead and supervise a team within the NHS Gloucestershire Talking Therapy service. The role includes providing coordination, clinical skills supervision, and training for both trainee and qualified PWPs, while managing a reduced clinical caseload. Candidates should hold a Post Graduate Certificate for Improving Access to Psychological Therapies and have experience in supporting individuals with mental health issues in primary care. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a developing service are essential. Further training for supervision may be required if not already qualified. The position involves enhancing service delivery to ensure high-quality assessments and treatments. Additionally, the team offers a multi-professional preceptorship program and advanced training opportunities.
