The Staff Nurse - Health Visiting position with CSH Surrey in Leatherhead entails joining a skilled 0-19 team dedicated to delivering the Healthy Child Programme in the community. The successful candidate, an NMC registered Nurse or Midwife, will be involved in various responsibilities including health assessments for children and families, health promotion activities, safeguarding duties, and mentoring students. The role requires excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a strong understanding of diverse family needs within the borough.
