The role of Bank Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist (OT) with the Transforming Care Autism Team at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust focuses on providing specialized assessment and interventions for autistic individuals, particularly those at risk of hospital admission. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in sensory integration and a strong understanding of neurodiversity. Responsibilities include managing a complex caseload, conducting sensory and functional assessments, developing individualized intervention plans, and contributing to multidisciplinary best practice guidelines.

Additionally, the OT will be expected to promote evidence-based practices, supervise junior staff, and actively participate in the planning and evaluation of local services.
