Band 6: £37,338 to £44,962 a year pro rata  FIXEDTERM 

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Haematology team to support the Clinical team and patients whilst covering Maternity leave.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Nurse to join the Haematology Clinical Nurse Specialists in providing person centred care for all of our patients.

Communication skills is a must as you will engage and work closely with other Nurses, Clinical Matron, Clinical Medical teams and Secretary, Ward and Outpatient Staff and more..

This is a Fixed term Maternity cover role.

To work with the Clinical Nurse Specialist and Medical teams to provide expert advice and support for speciality patients with Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

To develop and sustain partnership working with individual groups, communities and agencies.

To support the implementation of the Living With and Beyond Cancer agenda and stratified pathways of care.

Facilitate the planning and delivery of care programmes to address patient needs and develop/improve the service.

Working Pattern: 22.5 hours per week
