To manage the diaries of the ES&R Advisors/ Managers and actively support them with the management and organisation of their workload.

To assist with the provision of an effective operational personnel service to Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, Eastern Services.

Are you a highly skilled HR Administrator who is looking for a new challenge?

If so, we have an opportunity for a Band 3 HR Administrator based in Exeter. This permanent role, supporting Eastern Services in providing safe, high quality Healthcare across Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

As the HR Administrator you will work to support a busy team of HR Advisors and Managers, organising work streams, diary management, minuting meetings, compiling bundles for hearings and working very closely with the HR Administrator for Northern Services.

You will be expected to work closely with all members of the Employee Support and Resolution team, and to forge and facilitate relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Applicants must be able to work independently, with exceptional organisational, administration and IT skills, including but not limited to, taking minutes, compiling bundles, organising meetings, work streams and having management of the teams busy diary.


Working Pattern:
37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday
