Livewell Southwest is looking for a motivated Groundsperson to join their multi-skilled maintenance team in Plymouth, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role involves maintaining the grounds of the Livewell estate, including lawns, shrubs, and pathways, to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include operating various grounds maintenance equipment, performing general cleaning tasks, and assisting with minor repairs and improvements to landscaping features while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Candidates should possess good communication skills, be literate and numerate, and be willing to undergo training. A full driving license and access to a car for work-related travel are required, as the role includes visiting multiple sites across Plymouth and South West Devon. The position is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route, and applicants should be prepared to work overtime as needed.
