Do you have experience as a team leader or supervisor in a customer facing environment? Would you like to make a difference to patient care within the NHS? Do you have the commitment and drive to work in one of the busiest hospitals in the country?
Due to some recent changes within the department, we are currently recruiting to a new
Deep Clean Supervisor post. The rota we have available is:
Monday-Friday - 06:30-14:300
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Managing a large team who are responsible for duties related to Deep Clean tasks
- Completing relevant checklists and other paperwork related to the role
- Managing staff in line with Trust policies and procedures; including absence, annual leave and performance
- Supporting new employees into the team
- Assisting in recruitment and selection of staff when necessary
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience of supervising a team
- Be used to working in large teams of people in a busy environment
- Have a friendly, approachable personality, with a good work ethic
- Be flexible to undertake a range of tasks if necessary
- Be able to communicate with different types of people; including patients, visitors, senior managers and other departments
In return for your hard work you will receive:-

£24,821 - £26,424 pa pro rata

- An opportunity to obtain a Level 3 Diploma in Facilities Management from the British Institute of Facilities Management
If you don't currently hold a Level 3 in Management, successful candidates will be expected to start their qualification after the 3 month probation period
