Are you an experienced adult Speech and Language Therapist looking for a new challenge?

If so, then this could be the post for you....

We are looking to recruit a positive, reliable, and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join our therapies team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will be a senior figure in the team, providing the highest quality assessment and rehabilitation to inpatients with a range of cardio-thoracic conditions. You will have the opportunity to support patients on critical care as well as on our surgical and medical wards. You will be an integral member of the team and encouraged to take a lead in areas of interest, contributing to weekly ITU MDT meetings, staff and student training and influencing policies and guidelines.

We offer a responsive FEES service for all inpatients that may need this alongside a weekly video fluoroscopy clinic. Experience and competencies in instrumental assessments are essential.

Regular working hours (Monday Friday). Therapy services are moving towards 7 day working therefore some weekend working may be required.
