The Oxford Health NHS Trust is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Housekeeper to join the dedicated team at The Fulbrook Centre in Oxford. This role involves maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients in the mental health older adult wards by cleaning patient rooms, public areas, and back-of-house locations such as the linen and laundry rooms. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with nursing staff to ensure cleanliness that meets or exceeds National Cleanliness standards, while also managing waste according to proper procedures and assisting with food preparation and service.

Shift work is a requirement, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with enhanced pay for weekend and holiday shifts. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proven ability to deliver high-quality cleaning services, and a commitment to creating a comfortable and homely atmosphere for patients. In-house training will be provided to support the successful execution of essential responsibilities.
