CASELOADMENTAL HEALTH
Powys Teaching Health Board is seeking a Community Mental Health Practitioner for their team in Welshpool, offering the position at Band 5 or 6. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of individuals with severe and enduring mental health challenges, providing assessments, treatments, and care in adherence to relevant legal frameworks. This role requires collaboration within a multidisciplinary team and a commitment to recovery-focused and trauma-informed care practices.

Candidates should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and possess strong communication skills. They will undergo a one-year training program if starting at Band 5 to develop the necessary competencies for the Band 6 role.
