We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses or healthcare professionals who are eager to provide vaccinations in the comfort of patients' homes. Working closely with our supportive team of East Surrey GP practices, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, accessible care to those who need it most.

In this fulfilling role, you will be responsible for the safe administration of vaccines, ensuring patients receive the best possible care. From assessing clinical suitability and obtaining informed consent to accurately documenting your work using a point-of-care system, every task you complete will directly impact lives. We are looking for confident practitioners who have experience with frail patients and can manage their workload independently while collaborating with our friendly practice teams.
